Cylindrical lens, compared with traditional spherical lenses, aspheric cylindrical lenses can eliminate spherical aberration, forming focal lines rather than focal points on the focusing axis, significantly reducing the beam size of monochromatic light sources. Its applications cover laser systems, barcode scanning, spectral analysis, and medical technology, etc. Cylindrical lens light regulation: Parallel light beams are reflected and focused into a straight line. The virtual focus diverges the light to form discrete paths. The incident angle affects the degree of image deformation of non-parallel light beams. The gap size is negatively correlated with the uniformity of the light spot. When the gap reaches micron-level precision, the light spot uniformity is better and the influence of the central focus is smaller.
