FIVE-AXIS CNC MACHINE

The series of mobile five-axis CNC machining centres feature various processing functions, including milling, boring, drilling, tapping, among others. They are suitable for the needs of diverse machining sectors such as automotive, mould-making, aerospace, packaging, and hardware.

 

Main structure: 

This machine tool features a fixed machine head and a moving table structure, which mainly consists of the worktable, bed, column, machine head, guide rails, sliders, lubrication system, cooling system, rotary operation panel, and electronic control system.

1. Definitions of each coordinate axis:

X-axis: The worktable moves left and right on the bed;

Y-axis: The worktable moves forwards and backwards on the bed;

Z-axis: The machine head guide rail moves vertically up and down;

A-axis: Rotational movement around the X-axis;

C-axis: Rotational movement around the Z-axis.

 

2. Lubrication system: The guide rails and lead screws of the entire machine adopt a quantitative lubrication system, which can adjust the oil supply cycle and amount for each lubrication point and achieve fully automatic centralized lubrication through control by the electrical system.

3. Cooling system: The constant temperature cooling system can effectively cool the spindle system and AC axis to ensure the accuracy and stability of the main movement of the machine tool; the tool cooling system, comprising the cutting fluid device and the cutting air blowing device, can promptly dissipate the heat generated during the machining process.

 

4. Other configurations:

1) The working area is equipped with lighting to accommodate night work.

2) The machine tool is equipped with three-colour lights, indicating three types of information: programme operation, work cycle completion and fault alarm.
