Portable Particle Counter

This quick portable particle counter YPA-FJ4 adopts fluid sensing technology, which can quickly measure the temperature, moisture content and water activity of oil. At the same time, the equipment is equipped with a light extinction principle measurement detector, which is used to detect insoluble particles in the liquid. The two directly affect the lubricating performance of the oil and the lubricating state of the equipment. Accurately measure the performance of the new oil and the quality of the oil that is degraded by the oil in use, and provide an evaluation basis for the rapid evaluation of the lubricating health of the equipment on site.

The equipment is mainly composed of ARM high-performance processor, fluid characteristic sensor, particle counter sensor, 5-inch resistive touch screen, USB interface, built-in battery, etc. By automatically sampling the lubricating oil in use, the oil state of the lubricating oil can be measured conveniently, quickly and stably. It can realize scientific oil change according to quality in a simple way, prolong the service time of lubricating oil, and discover equipment failures early.
