Oil Analysis Spectrometer

The YGF-6 is an atomic emission spectrometer. Its principle is to determine the composition of a substance by detecting the characteristic emission spectrum of atoms or ions of each element under electrical excitation, thereby performing qualitative and quantitative analysis of the elemental composition and content in the tested oil sample. It is simple to operate, highly reliable, and durable. It can quickly detect the content of metal abrasive particles, contaminants, and additive elements in lubricating oils, playing an irreplaceable role in oil testing.

Main Functions

The oil spectrometer is primarily used for rapid and accurate on-site determination of metallic elements in equipment oils. Key functions include:

1. Measurement of wear elements in lubricating oils, capable of determining 24 metallic elements: Ag, Al, B, Ba, Ca, Cd, Cr, Cu, Fe, K, Li, Mg, Mn, Mo, Na, Ni, P, Pb, Sb, Si, Sn, Ti, V, and Zn;

2. Direct oil sampling, with sample testing time of less than 1 minute and a single result;

3. Built-in voltage regulator, compatible with 220V, 50Hz conventional AC power;

4. Safety monitoring: Monitors and warns for disc electrode and rod electrode positioning, correct electrode spacing, oil sample placement in the sample holder, and chamber door closure. Features an automatic 15A power fuse;

5. Software automation function: It has the function of automatically calculating the average value, standard deviation, and relative standard deviation; it has the function of automatic correction of optical spectrum (automatic tracing); it has the function of automatic curve fitting and standardization correction; it can store and read data; it has the function of statistical analysis and trend analysis, and it can export the test results through USB data acquisition; the software can set the threshold value and the alarm function (color change);
